Porque aparece este mensaje en muchos posts a los que intento intento entrar??

lleva pasando hace unas semanas, segun han comentado es por duplicar denominacion de algunos ficheros adjuntos fotos y demas, pero cada vez está pasando mas y con post muy antiguos, como debemos actuar si es que hay que ponerlo en conocimiento de alguien?
